    Who is FJAM designed for?
    FJAM is specifically crafted for freelance software developers, IT architects, interim managers, and independent consultants who regularly receive project inquiries and want a structured, high-speed pipeline without CRM overhead.
    How does the AI prompt feature work without cloud lock-in?
    FJAM prepares the prompt completely locally on your Mac by merging extracted project requirements with your actual resume text. The complete prompt is copied to your clipboard in 1 click, allowing you to use your existing ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or local LLM setup. No data is sent to third-party cloud servers by FJAM.
    How does FJAM handle dual rates?
    FJAM provides separate fields for onsite and remote rates across EUR, USD, CHF, and GBP. It automatically converts between hourly, daily, and monthly rates based on configurable working hours (default: 8h/day) and distinguishes between direct freelance contracts and temporary employment (ANÜ).
    Are my resumes or client records uploaded anywhere?
    No. All files, application records, notes, and contacts remain strictly on your local disk in a workspace folder of your choice. There is no telemetry, no mandatory cloud sync, and no user accounts.
    How does email import work?
    When you receive a project email, drag the .eml file directly from Apple Mail, Outlook, or Finder onto the Import tab in FJAM. The parser extracts the job title, agency, client, contact person, email, telephone, job ID, and proposed rates automatically.
    Which macOS version is required?
    FJAM requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or newer and runs flawlessly on macOS 15 (Sequoia). It is compiled as a Universal 2 binary for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) and Intel Macs.
